Whether you wish ‘your ceremony’ to be in your own home or on the beach with the sound of the waves rolling onto the shore, or perhaps on a boat on the canals with an occasional dolphin swimming by. You may even choose the open ocean or maybe a park with the tweeting of the birds or a beautiful bush setting with the aroma of the gum trees surrounding you, whatever you choose we will make your day special, together.
I am a member of Marriage Celebrants Australia Inc WA as well as first and foremost being a Registered Marriage Celebrant, having been appointed by the Attorney-General of Australia.
As required by the Attorney-General of Australia I attend all On-going Professional Development (OPD) each year. I also attend conferences and other meetings relating to my position as a Registered Marriage Celebrant. Some years ago a friend who was one of the first Marriage Celebrants in Australia said to me “Camille, you would make an excellent Celebrant”, therefore I decided to do just that and became a Registered Marriage Celebrant.
I am pleased to say that I very much enjoy being a Celebrant. I love seeing the look of love and joy on the faces of the people I marry and also the look of love and happiness on the faces of family and friends.
Marriage is such a joyous and precious occasion
I have a varied and rewarding professional background and enjoy working with people. I have held executive positions with national and international groups in the community and with my employment. Combining this with years of public speaking to groups and the media, it has given me the confidence to present myself to small and large groups to all sectors of the community.
When choosing my clothing for a Wedding I am mindful of the colours chosen for the Bridal Attendants and the Mothers of the Bride and Groom so that I will not take from them, the time that they have taken to choose their outfits, with care and love.
I believe it is important to walk the Bride and Bridegroom through the Ceremony when we meet from time to time and it is highly important from my perspective, to have a Rehearsal (if able) with the Bride, Bridegroom and Bridal Party on site, one to two days prior to the Wedding.
If the Bride is being presented by her parent/parents then it is always nice to include them as well.
I keep accurate and correct records of all correspondence and legal documents and you can count on my professionalism and confidentiality always.
I look forward to hearing from you soon, so as we can together, plan your perfect Wedding Ceremony.
